745 Capital LLC the “Purchaser,” “we,” “us” or “our”) has extended
(i) the Expiration Time for its previously announced tender offer (the “Tender Offer”)
for any and all outstanding Notes from 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on July 15,
2022 to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 12, 2022 and
(ii) the Settlement Date for the Tender Offer from on or about July 22, 2022 to on or about
August 17, 2022.
